Students from both Copley Academy and Great Academy Ashton have signed up to participate in Camp International, an organisation that provides students with the opportunity to visit various places around
the world and participate in life-changing activities that benefit the local communities.
Students can finance their visits through fundraising and student Elizabeth Kerr spoke last week to Tameside’s Rotary Club to explain her funding raising plans and how the opportunity has impacted her already. Thank you to the Club that has provided Elizabeth with some sponsorship for her fund-raising endeavours!
