A group of Year 9 and 10 students who have career aspirations in engineering and construction, visited the site of the new Co-op live indoor Arena.
Due to open in 2023, the arena is set to be Britain’s biggest indoor entertainment venue and will be
able to house 23,000 people for concerts. Copley students got to hear all about the project from apprentices and workers as well as see first-hand the huge effort, labour, and resources that are going into the arena’s construction.
